After the very short cutscene, push the handle in the opposite direction until the middle pipe is pumping. Now head to the nearby gold wheel and use the action button to spin it. When you emerge in a new area, pick up a torch and use it to scare away some tentacles, then destroy the barrel they were on for a Minikit. Destroy the shiny Lego pieces, then grab a Minikit. Walk to where you find the lifeboat and switch to a character who can blow things up.
When you come to some shiny blue Lego pieces, switch to Syrena and use her ability to destroy them for a Minikit. Now jump back down to the entrance of the small tunnel and walk to the left, then follow the wall forward. Once you find a small tunnel, go through it to emerge one level up, then walk forward and grab a Minikit. In Free Play mode, switch to a character who can go through small tunnels and destroy some objects near where you started the level. One level up, use the action button to stick your sword into some gears and raise the climbable wall into place. Move around the corner to some glowing flowers, then super jump from the flowers to a green bar. Once you reach the other side, drop the box onto a green pad, then rebuild it into a climbable wall once it breaks. Switch to Angelica and pick up the box, then carry it across the new bridge and across several smaller bridges. On the other side, put down the box and use the action button to stick your sword into some gears, raising a bridge. Now pick up the box that came out the sandcastle and carry it along the blue and white track and across the box in the water. Build the pieces into a box, then push the box along a blue and white track until it falls into the water. Now head to where you started and destroy a lifeboat. Destroy the castle, leaving behind a box. Hit a skeleton to take the shovel once you find it, then use it to dig up a sandcastle in the spot you found earlier. Now use the compass again and select the left option to find a shovel. Use Jack's compass and select the top option, then follow the dots until you find the red X.
